There is a nice cross section of property available in the state of Washington if you are looking for foreclosures. While, without a doubt the majority of what is here is going to be of the newer variety and new construction, there is a fair amount of moderately older properties to be had here in a fairly wide range of locations from ocean and bay view to some with fantastic views of mountains to heavily wooded areas.

The state of Washington is moderate as far as pricing as well so there are still some bargains to be had if you stay away from the ocean or other water view you should be able to secure a nice piece without investing a huge sum of cash in the process.
